Live Music Industry Program
A Hands-On Learning Experience in the Live Music Industry
The Amplify Program, a partnership between Emerald Spark Events and Spark Innovative Learning Project, aims to remove barriers of entry into the live-music business. Led by Alicia Cullison and other industry professionals, the program combines educational workshops with hands-on experience. Participants gain access to a network of professionals and venues in and around the Tri-Cities. This innovative, hands-on learning experience is designed for young adults considering careers in the live music industry, providing comprehensive knowledge of concert promotion, production, and marketing through in-person workshops, real-world experience, and industry connections.
Our core values drive our approach. We believe in creating mutual benefit for all participants, ensuring everyone gains from the experience. We foster an inclusive and supportive community, where individuals feel welcome and valued. We are committed to providing neurodivergent-friendly learning environments, and adapting to diverse needs. We maintain clear expectations and promote professional conduct, establishing a structured and respectful atmosphere. Ultimately, we aim to break down barriers to entry in the live music industry, opening doors for aspiring professionals.
